Order & Shipping Policy


We ship products within 24 hours. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation Email. It will include your order number.

Unfortunately after the order is placed, you cannot add new products to the order but you can always place a new order for the desired products. If you wish to remove products from your order, please contact us at customer support to cancel the order so that a fresh order can be placed.

The confirmation email will include the delivery details. It will include the shipment number/AWB and name of the courier company. You can track your order at their website or you can write to us at [email protected]

Yes, we do take orders over the phone. To place an order over the phone, you can call us or whatsapp at +91 8488080580 and provide the following information: 1) Name 2) Complete Address with pincode 3) Email address 4) Product to be ordered 5) Phone Number

We aim at delivering the products as fast as we can. It generally takes 5-7 working days to fulfill the delivery. However, due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, flight delays, improper logistics infrastructure etc. the delivery might take longer.

The following terms govern the shipping of goods to you:

  1. Any order placed on our website is processed within 24hrs on working days of intimation of such order and is ordinarily delivered within 5 to 7 working days of placing the order for delivery in India. All orders placed post 6 pm shall be scheduled for the next working day and the order shall be presumed to have been placed on the next working day. all orders received on saturday and sunday will begin processing the following monday.
  2. Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
  3. We shall offer cash on delivery option to the Customers and the requisite amount shall be paid by you at the time of delivery of the item.
  4. The standard shipping of items shall be done free of charge. However, some items may have shipping costs depending on the nature of the product. However, shipping charges where applicable shall be non-refundable.
  5. Once an item has been shipped, we cannot change or alter the shipping address and contact details. 
  6. All return charges will be paid by the customer and QOR9 will not refund that.
  7. All orders are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you a tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery status on the website of the respective courier company. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.
  8. We shall ensure to update you with regard to your Order’s status at every step via emails or updates on the Website. In the event You are unable to read the emails or have not received the emails or any form of intimation, please reach out to our Customer Care at [email protected]qor9.in
  9. Upon delivery, You would be requested to sign a delivery form by our Agent. You are requested to sign the delivery form only if the Products are delivered in proper condition i.e. without obvious damage. Once You sign the delivery form, it shall be construed that the Product was delivered without any obvious damage to You and You will not be permitted to exchange or return the goods for such reasons.

NOTE: Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Please note that circumstances out of our control (natural disasters, holiday delays, etc.) may produce shipping postponements.
